CAMP DATES

Session 1: June 11-16, 2023

GRADES 5-8

At the camp registration link you will be prompted to log in to an existing account, or to make an account and add campers. Once you are logged in, you will be able to choose a camper you would like to register fill out their forms.  Then, you can choose to add a reservation for another camper or continue to payment. If you get lost, you can access our group from your account home with the following steps:

• Click on the camper you want to register
• Click on “I belong to a group that has reserved space”
• Enter this code: PETERFLNW23
• Select the group and continue with the reservation.

GRADES 9-12

If you have a teen going into 10th-12th grade next year or is graduating this spring, and they are interested in going to CYSC this summer (June 11th-16th) I wanted to send a reminder that the application for both Prayer Team (incoming 10th) and Discipleship Team (incoming 11th-graduating seniors) is due February 3rd. This is from Damascus, so that they can see if that leadership position is a good fit for your teen. If they are accepted, you will be sent details regarding registration, either via Katie or via Damascus.

PT/DT Application (Deadline February 3rd)

This is fundraising for a Summer Youth Trip, either Catholic Youth Summer Camp (CYSC) or Steuenville - however many hours you volunteer, the total funds will be divided into an hourly rate and the money you earn will go directly towards your camp cost. Please sign up for one or more slots. Note: If you sign up for two slots, you will be paid for the time in between. 

When your teen signs in and out, this is just for the beginning and end, no need to sign out if you're going to Mass. 

Ex. In - 7:45am Out - 9:15am

Note: People under 18 are not allowed to be in the kitchen, when you arrive please have them meet in the MPR/Gym. Thank you!
