FAITH FORMATION
Inspiring future saints with a way of life centered on the sacraments, a relationship with Jesus, and knowledge and love of the Catholic Faith.
All regular faith formation and youth group programming are held on Wednesday nights.
5:00 – 5:50 PM • Open Youth Room for Grades 5-8
Twice a month on the first and third Wednesdays. A chance for any youth in Grades 5-8 to build friendships, have some fun, and grow in their faith!
6:00 – 7:15 PM • Faith Formation Classes for Grades 1-8
Grade 8: Confirmation is a 1-year program, typically completed in 8th grade. In order to build relationship with the Lord and each other, our program is experienced using Discipleship Groups. Interested in learning more about our content? Go to Chosen Confirmation program from Ascension Press.
Grades 1-7: Grade level classes are held each week with a teacher and classroom aide. We also take time each week for a group Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament presentation and prayer.
Family Rosary Nights: Faith Formation and Confirmation families start the evening in the Church on the second Tuesday of the month for a brief family-friendly presentation and then pray one decade of the Rosary together. Following the Family Rosary session, the students head to class.
Drop-in Parent Group: On Family Rosary nights, parents are welcome to experience faith and fellowship in the Drop-in Parent Group (Optional).
Stay and Pray: Adoration is always available in the Church during class for parents and families that want to stay and pray. When life feels too busy to pray, it just means you need to pray more. Settle in and find the peace you are longing for. Your younger children are welcome to stay and pray with you.
First Confession and First Communion: Second grade children prepare for the sacraments through Faith Formation. Please register from this page. If your child is older, click here to learn more.
7:15 – 9:00 PM • Youth Group / Core Team
Youth Group for Grades 9-12: Start in the Church for prayer and we will continue in the Annex for growing in our faith together while having a blast. (Seasonal Bible Studies will continue to meet on their normally scheduled days. Other occasional events may take place outside of Wednesdays.)
Core Team! Grades 11-12th • 4:00 – 4:45 pm • 1-2x per month: Looking for opportunities to get involved at your church while building your resume or college application? Think of applying for Core Team! They will help lead the Open Youth Room and will have time to come together at youth group!
