Music Director & Liturgical Coordinator
Due to a pending retirement, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Music Director & Liturgical Coordinator to lead our Parish music and liturgy department. This is a blended role that encompasses responsibilities in both music ministry and liturgy planning and administration. This position will oversee all aspects of the music program, including choir direction, liturgical music selection, and coordinating with other parish ministries. Liturgy planning and administration duties involve supervising liturgical volunteers, planning weekly and seasonal parish celebrations in alignment with liturgical guidelines, scheduling clergy, facilitating wedding and funeral planning, preparing worship spaces, procuring liturgical supplies, and maintaining liturgical records. Qualified candidates must have proficiency in playing the organ, piano, or other musical instruments commonly used in liturgical settings, and minimum of 3-5 years of experience in church music ministry, with proficiency in choral directing, vocal coaching, and liturgical music. In addition, the role requires leadership and organizational skills to manage volunteers and liturgical activities.
Communications & Marketing Coordinator
We are currently seeking a Communications and Marketing Coordinator. This is a full-time 32+ hour per week position with benefits. The focus of this role is to effectively manage and enhance the communication and marketing efforts of the Parish, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information through various channels such as the weekly bulletin, electronic communications, social media, and the Parish website. Additionally, the role assists in organizing and marketing key events to foster community engagement and supports parish ministries to further the mission of the Parish.
People Coordinator
Due to a transfer to the Archdiocese, we are seeking a People Coordinator. This role facilitates the service of lay parishioners and staff by serving as a resource in human resources and volunteer coordination and management. This position is the safe environment coordinator and manages the VIRTUS program for the parish. Main responsibilities include volunteer recruitment, orientation, training, supervision and appreciation, managing parish events and activities such as Funeral Luncheons, Fish Fry, and the Fall Festival, and assisting the Business Administrator with internal HR compliance activities.
Executive Administrative Assistant (part-time)
Due to staff retirement, we have an immediate opening in the Parish Office for an Executive Administrative Assistant. This part-time role involves providing skilled administrative services to the Pastor, managing both his personal and parish calendars, and ensuring professional and cordial interaction with parishioners, staff, and guests. In addition, this role records sacramental records and Mass intentions, and provides general office administrative support.
